This bug was fixed in the package mp3burn - 0.4.1-3ubuntu1

mp3burn (0.4.1-3ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * mp3burn: call "/bin/uname -m" instead of "/bin/arch" to determine
    if cdrecord's -swab option is required (LP: #218935).
