[Bug 497283] [NEW] CD does not eject after blanking

After blanking a CDRW, I am unable to eject the CDRW either by pressing
the eject key on the keyboard, right clicking on Nautilus and selecting
eject on the CD icon or even via the command line by doing a sudo eject
/dev/dvd

I do not get any errors when trying to eject except for it not ejecting.
Even on the command line I do not get errors and it just returns an
empty prompt.

I have a Macbook 5,1 which has a slot loading CD ROM and running Karmic
64.
