would be worth to try this with 0.9.1 which is going to be up soon, i cannot reproduce this the simulation works fine for me and the error on the log is: 
 BraseroGrowisofs stderr: :-[ FLUSH CACHE failed with SK=2h/LOGICAL UNIT IS IN PROCESS OF BECOMING READY]: Resource temporarily unavailable

maybe a growisofs issue, but let's wait for 0.9.1, thanks.
