[Bug 15424] Re: Error while burning DVD-RWs: Input/output error

I had this error with a dvd-r midia. I'm loosing dvd midia all over! In
Jaunty, it was slowpoke, but, sometimes it managed to burn the dvd. I'm
attaching a img with the message and console output. I used growisofs,
but had the same error with brasero.
