This bug was fixed in the package burn - 0.4.5-1ubuntu1

  * debian/control: Removing docutils-writer-manpage from build depends as
    it conflicts with python-docutils and python-docutils provides the required
    manpage.py. This fixes a FTBFS (LP: #512509)
