I don't  now, if there is a connection, but i commented out the lines in

/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-cd.rules

After a reboot (the new lines in 70-persistent-cd.rules are same as the
commented), i wrote 2 dvd (one dvd-rw, one dvd-r) without error.

So... don't realy now, what happend, but if you gets the same error, you
may try...

I can't do more dvd write tests, 'cause just started an upgrade to lucyd
beta 1.
