Please don't close this bug, since it is *extremely* frustrating! I've
got this warning dialog (see attachment) a hundred times for one DVD,
and you click 'Add File' a hundred times, and then one time you are too
fast and you've pressed 'Cancel' in the 'Estimate size' dialog and there
you are, all back at the beginning: again, a few hundred clicks ahead of
you...I may be stupid, but it happened to me twice!
