qvamps (0.98-0.0ubuntu3) maverick; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: fix FTBFS on amd64 by add fPIC option when building amd64
    package (LP: #451920)
  * debian/control: added ${misc:Depends} to make lintian happier
  * debian/watch: use Debian redirector. This way, uscan works correctly.
  * debian/compat: bump to 5
