[Bug 788263] [NEW] Simulate writing DVD not available

I am attempting to write a data DVD.  I add the file(s) to the
compilation and press the Burn button. The Data Project dialog contains
a check box [ ] Simulate.  The box is grayed out. I cannot check it.
Burning the DVD for real works fine.
