[Bug 656297] [NEW] Brasero always burns CD/DVD at max speed (speed option is ignored)

The disc I tried is Verbatim CD-RW 1-4x speed. The option are given to
burn, 4,8,10.MAX. I choose 4, but still burns up to 10.
