[Bug 1616560] [NEW] Function key + Left / Right key no longer works for prev/ next track

Public bug reported:

Before upgrading to from 140.04 to 16.04 I could change tracks in
brasero by using the function key + left/ right keys to move to
previous/ next tracks.

This still works in Rhythmbox but no longer works in brasero.
