I haven't tried that, or other solutions like re-installing Sun's java. 
While I'm happy to compile apps when I need to, I'm not much of a java 
expert, so I'll just use Gnome Bittorrent until someone more 
java-knowledgable figures it out.  Perhaps someone else on the list has 
got further than I?
