new site mashing

Hello,
I did a quick site this morning, I used Ubuntu-fr colors
and I used their ideas as ruff guide since their site looks
pretty cool.

There are no images or javascript, just HTML and CSS.
Ryan and Corey are working on logo so things are moving along nicely.

Have a peek and let me know of any display problems or suggestions
