Ubuntu Contact

I no longer wish to be the Ubuntu Contact for the Canadian LoCo. I will 
still be around but without anything happening within the group I would like 
to free myself from feeling like I need to be "active".

Lets figure out who is interested and we can get them setup on the LoCo 
mailing list and recorded as the contact on the Wiki.
