That's how I got my sister-in-law to switch to Unbutu. She came to me
about 6 months ago and asked my opinion about renewing her anti-virus
subscription for $50.

I smiled widely and explained that it wasn't even necessary to do and
she could save her $50. I also explained about the collaborative nature
of Linux and the culture of sharing in the OSS community. She is a
primary school teacher who is trying to teach children all the time
about sharing.

She has been happily using Ubuntu ever since with nary a service call
from me.
