An Ubuntu.ca wallpaper

Rather than contribute to one of the long threads about what we as a loco
team should be doing, I opened Inkscape tonight and did something instead.

The results are now up on ubuntu.ca, one 1280x1024 wallpaper. It's fairly
busy, so those of you who actually use your desktop to keep stuff on might
not like it, but for the 'desktop as decoration' crowd (like me, usually) it
seems to work!

Any feedback is welcome, and the SVG will be up on ubuntu.ca sometime this
weekend.

[1] I've got sudo privs on the ubuntu.ca server, I built the site, therefore
anything I do on it is 'News'. <grin>
