Even easier - set your IRC client not to log.

XChat by default does no logging, and only saves 300 lines of scrollback. I
don't think GAIM logs either, and given that it's a mutation of XChat, I
doubt Xchat-Gnome logs.

That said, nearly every Ubuntu channel and many, many other channels are
publicly logged anyway.

What exactly does CrapCleaner do on XP, anyway?
