Canada, and they have a flat shipping rate. Their service is very good.
Usually if you order from Digikey, in Canada, you would have the Item
with in 24 Hours shipped from the USA. (If they screw up the order, in
any way, which they hardly ever do. They make it up to you, and pay you
for the trouble they caused you. If you paid too much for the order,
they pay you all the change back!)
Once you order something from them, they send you their Thick Catalogues
at regular intervals! You can order one item, or 100,000 items, they
