have a laptop compaq presario V3000. with intel centrino Duo...
which one should i download from ubuntu website?
Standard personal computer (x86 architecture, Pentium/TM/, Celeron/TM/, 
Athlon/TM/, Sempron/TM/) or   64bit AMD and Intel computers version?

i know i should know... :)
