Hi: Perhaps this would help. Remove the two cards. Then install the
Video Camera. It will be Video Port 0. Then put one of the Video Capture
Cards back. 

A friend had a problem with XP needing to have a Hard drive C, but all
his other drives made the install drive H. So I gave roughly the same
advice. Take out the other drives, so that the install drive is now C.
Then add the other drives! It worked for him! This may work for you!
