Did a custom one myself not too long ago....It allowed me to make something
custom for my wife...
I used something called Reconstructor ( http://reconstructor.aperantis.com/)
It's still a bit buggy; some of my packages and some of my sources list
didn't work, but otherwise the cd is useable, and the installation still
runs fine
