So you have a dual-boot system right? But you're currently booted into
Ubuntu.
Well, try the following:
1. Open a Terminal
2. Type in the following command to switch to the /etc/apt folder
cd /etc/apt
3. Type in the following command to get a list of the files there
ls -l
4. Copy the output of this command from the Terminal and paste it in the
reply email to the list so that we can see what's there
5. Also, type in the following command:
echo $PATH
6. Copy the output of that command and send it as well.
Let's see where we go from there.
