recommends needed for softwares/packages

hello

been wondering about the various ftp software or packages i am seeing,
and well, when i used to be on windows, i had three excellent software i
used all the time, from coffeecup software, they had excellent and easy
to use software, mainly i would use their html editor and ftp software
and also liked their jukebox software... so, with the ftp... what would
be recommended software/packages? i prefer the easy to use windows
software, as i would rather use this computer more....

and, still looking to get these two ipod shuffles going.....
