Hi Brian,
FTP in Ubuntu is so much better than in Windows. Just click on places ->
Connect to Server and put in your ftp info, and then it'll create a link on
your desktop. You can then browse the server through Nautilus as if it were
a folder on your local hard drive. You can even edit files and save
directly to the server (from Gedit or whatever). Good luck,
