Yes it is possible to dual boot although I wouldn't recommend it at
this stage. Feisty is in developement right now and highly unstable.
If it breaks you mostly get to keep the pieces until somebody fixes
the bug and sometimes it can be real showstoppers. Unless you know
your way around Ubuntu, I would highly recommend to keep using Edgy
and upgrade instead to Feisty when it is released. Right now you are
currently using alpha level software and universe has just begun it's
final freezing phase (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FeistyReleaseSchedule).

Take no offense in this but if you didn't know how to make your edgy
partition booting again after installing feisty you are better off
running edgy. If you really want to test Feisty you should use a spare
machine not a production one. Also be prepared to have a bumpy ride if
you do so.
