Vancouver City Streaming video format

Despite the origins of the avi file extension, I swear by it (or rather, its
open source evolutions). Were this for video downloads and not streaming, I
would definitely recommend the xvid codec. It might not be a bad idea to
store it in that and downgrade from it for streaming purposes.
