First I think you mation is a little slow to run Google Earth. Second you will need to go into the command line cd into the directory you downloaded it and go chmod +x ./GoogleEarth.bin then ./GoogleEarth.bin. Take a look that this https://help.ubuntu.com/community/GoogleEarth
