Yup. I've been using emusic for about 1/2 yr now. I haven't downloaded the 
manager (nor do I want to). I get my tracks using the web browser interface.

The CD anywhere site seems pretty interesting. Although I very rarely listen 
to a CD anymore I do miss the physical presence of them.
