upgrading from Feisty to Gutsy

If you don't mind me asking, which applications are these? It seems
to me that virtually all applications that run on GNU/Linux have both
32-bit and 64-bit versions. Of course there are notable exceptions
(such as the Adobe Flash player), but from my experience, these are
few and far between.
Part of the reason I'm interested in this is that I find GNU/Linux in
general to be much more flexible than other operating systems when it
comes to running on different architectures and I'd like to be aware
of areas where it's not that flexible so that I can promote
development in those areas.
