What are the download speeds like out there?

  I am happy to know I am not the only one having DL problems.

   I am a new user in Toronto.

   Using the update manager, I tried to DL 7.1.

   I use DSL.

  My attempted DL was very, very slow and finally gave up the DL and
  install.
