What are the download speeds like out there?

They've slowed right down this afternoon for virtually every package,
let alone Gutsy -- I tried to get an update of cupsys and apt and it
took me nearly 20 minutes. Downloading open-arena actually failed -- the
server dropped the connection.
Judging by the level of users joining on #ubuntu, I'd say Ubuntu has
made a significant gain in subscribers.
