Well, I found out today that 7.10 still has SATA problems when applied to Toshiba Laptops. It just does not see the drives at all due to a lack of driver support for the SATA Intel 915GM chipset. Everything else seems to work fine except that. Good thing 6.10 recognises everthing on that laptop.
