Giving up leadership of Ubuntu Canada

can we make it two?  Due to all sort of reasons, and a total lack of
free-time since June, I was going to further reduce my Ubuntu
activities (which is something considering how inactive I have been
recent months...).

And doing the mailing list admin, until now with Corey, is one of the
thing I was going to drop as well.  It's really not a lot of work has
Corey mentioned  (and I would say it is less than 20 minutes.)
