You should contact the CSC's Systems Committee at
systems-committee at csclub.uwaterloo.ca to notify them of issues with
the CSC's mirror.  If you are having problems, make sure that your
system is in fact configured to use the CSC's server and not another
Ubuntu mirror and that it is actually an issue with their server and
not your computer or your Internet connection.  Also, please CC this
mailing list when contacting them so that we know the Systems
Committee has been notified and they don't get bombarded with e-mails
saying the server is down.
