UNB's College of Extended Learning does offer online versions of their
courses (there are also other universities that do this, but I can't
remember any other names right now.

Regarding stress in the call center, it depends on the person:
Some people end up becoming smokers (having a rant outside works wonders,
and you don't have to be a smoker)
Some people manage to...disconnect?
Others just find pastimes.
My personal experience, though; if the place stresses you out that bad,
there are others. Call Centers tend to have high turnover for a reason...
