I wish I could be more help, but you've stumped me. You might try dpkg
-L gtamsanalyzer.app and look for any .desktop files that tell your
desktop manager how to integrate the application into the shell. Inside
of it it will have the command it would execute.

On a side note, I would recommend upgrading to Gutsy. From the terminal,
run sudo update-manager -c -d and reload the package list. You will be
prompted to upgrade.
