Domain name stuff?

The way it worked when I was using them before (circa 2004-2005) was
that you needed to to access the dyndns web site at least once a month
to prove that your IP was still active to maintain that free account. To
avoid that, then you can pay and they will not bug every 30 days.
Or you can install and configure the ubuntu package "ddclient" that will
do that automatic "ping" for you every couple of weeks without the need
to pay them anything:

At least that's the way it worked when I was using then.
For now just click on the URL they provided in their email at the end, and you should
be set for another 30 days.
