well, you can do that, which would be super irritating, or you can set
up one of the many free dyndns clients to ping them automatically every
few hours. the whole point of having a dynamic DNS service is that it
automatically updates when your IP address changes, which assuming
you're on residential DSL or cable it will once in a while.
