Ubuntu users in Ontario, Canada?

Installing a basic application (or updating a basic application) is very
simple with Ubuntu. Synaptic makes is extremely easy to add a new
application to your installation and to update apps to newer versions.

On the other hand... Setting up a LAMP server and installing a PHP Web
Application with Internet Security is not the kind of task the average
user will be performing. These tasks require far more technical skills,
and have a MUCH steeper learning curve. Not many standard users in the
Microsoft world could setup and maintain a WIMP (or WAMP) server with a
PHP Web Application and Internet Security, either.

My 2 cents on the issue.
