Need ubuntu help

Hi Corey, I'm really new to Ubuntu and I am having major tech issues. I
really would love to have someone I can contact via email or preferably
by phone to ask a few questions relating to sound. I've tried the IRC
without too much luck...

 

Any suggestions?
