Debian has bundled upgrades like Ubuntu. Debian Sarge was released in
2005. Etch in 2007, and Lenny will be released sooner than later.
Debian Testing and Unstable are continually upgading, but that always
come with the risk that something may break on you one morning with
the latest updates you install. And Unstable has no official security
support.
You can get the exact same feeling of continous daily updating (and
risk of breakage) if you stick to the developmental version of Ubuntu.
