I will be migrating 3 of my servers at home as vm machines into one main server that I just purchased. Right now I'm still playing with some of the new hardware.
I'm hoping this will actually run faster and make my network a bit more "green" ! :)

Subject: Better Integration For Ubuntu under VMWare Fusion
I know that running Ubuntu as a VM under a proprietary OS such as Mac OS
X seems incongruous with the open source philosophy, but that is the way
I have been doing it on my Mac for over a year, and I have enjoyed it
immensely. I have stayed away from Ubuntu for awhile since it hasn't
really been working so well, but that just changed.
The recent upgrade of VMWare Fusion works superbly with Hardy. Upgrading
VMWare Tools for Linux went seamlessly--the first time since I first
started using Feisty. What is really cool is that the Unity mode now
works for Ubuntu too! It all seems to run faster too.
If anyone wants to share their experiences with this particular
implementation I would love to hear about it.
