Canadian Gov RFI on FOSS

It's a good idea, but Darcy also has a point....An off-the-cuff response
wouldn't help any, it has to be well thought out.

Probably not the greatest place for MS-bashing, for example.
Not that I'm advocating cozying-up, either....I like my Windows-free network
:)
