no sound

Hi everyone,  for some reason I can now upload photos from my camera to their proper file, as it was before.I dont know what happened to fix this. I still dont have sound on pps videos. I just want to thank everybody that helped with these problems, it is great to have such a response to my postings.  Thanks again.  Ray
