Really what you are looking for here is a content management system.

If you are a Microsoft shop then Sharepoint does integrate pretty
well, but basically you are adding to your Microsoft lock-in.

Something like plone http://plone.org  would be a better bet to avoid
the lock-in.    Probably worth googling on CMS and linux to see what
the current flavour of the month is.
