apt-listbugs removed from main packages

Yes, I agree pre-releases are for staging servers. 

Which I normally start tracking the next release around beta time. The production servers are still at intrepid. However my desire for apt-buglist on production servers is even more so than staging servers. This why I am complaining about the lack of apt-buglist now and not earlier. 

All long term support servers with minimum access are running debian testing with no automatic updates. I am not sure that is going to change any time soon. 

For me ubuntu is the laptop distro of choice, however with limitations for large scale remote updates.
