 I picked up your email when searching for "call centers using ubuntu" and I
stumbled on this email

I will like to know what is the name of the software he uses for the VOIP,
since over here we use SIP (asterisk + Eyebeam), oh by the way I'm in
Tijuana, BC, Mexico
