I just want to make it clear to everyone that is helping me with this problem that I am just an operator, I am not an expert of any kind. I have been using computers since the very beginning, such as Commodores etc.. and of course with Microsoft and I really like the idea of Linux and want to switch to Ubuntu.     I have both OS's in this computer and I have been using mainly Ubuntu and will switch to it when I find that I can do everything with it that I can do with the other OS. But a couple of days ago I needed to download a form from FED EX that was urgently required at US customs and that is when I realised I could no do it with Ubuntu,for some reason, so I did it with the other OS. I hope you see my problem! I want to use Ubuntu I think it's great. But I wonder if it's for me when things like this happen.  Ray
