totally agree with that one. Jaunty's graphics drivers were so bad on
my laptop, I actually downgraded away from Jaunty back to Hardy. But
Karmic is fine on that front.
Since I got to Karmic via an upgrade, I didn't get ext4 or grub2. I
may try soonish a clean install to get the full effect of these two
new features.
Ubuntu One experience has been so-so; nice, but it has been unstable
when I really tried to use it; it seems to have been better in recent
days, so they may have turned the corner to solve their problems.
I have been using Pidgin instead of Empathy since I like to merge
account for specific users from different accounts; something still on
the wishlist of Empathy.
