Anybody upgrade yet?

I figured out what went wrong. A lot of packages were left unconfigured
after the laptop shut down. From the recovery shell first I needed to
mount the root fs as rw by typing mount -o remount,rw /, then I could
mount all the other file-systems. Then I had to finish configuring the
packages: sudo dpkg --configure -a. I still don't know why the laptop
shut down, none of the logs show any errors.
